ARE THE TIKIS RUNNING DURING COVID? ​
YES, our tiki boats hold up to 6 passengers while cruisin, and we offer private cruises with just your group! Individuals are also welcome and we social distance by sitting on opposite sides of the boat, which is 15 feet wide.

ARE THERE AVAILABLE LIFE JACKETS ON BOARD?
​Yes, there is a type 1 PFD for every passenger. Along with all the coast guard requirements for the vessel including a first aid kit. ​

CAN MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE CRUISE AT THE SAME TIME?
The US Coast Guard regulations for our tiki boats is 6 people plus crew…. this includes children… For larger groups, please call us. We are working to get certified for more passenger!

ARE CRUISE ROUTES SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Yes, all routes are subject to change due to weather or current conditions, USCG restrictions or captains’ discretion. Our primary goal is to keep everyone safe while having a great time!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
YES children six and older are allowed. We don’t want them to miss out cruisin’ on the tiki boat. Children under the age of 10 are required to wear a life jacket which we have on board or you can bring your own (recommended). Please let us know if you plan to bring children so that we can make the appropriate accommodations for life jackets. We recommend booking a private cruise if you have kids under 12 to ensure a family-friendly cruise.

​HOW FAST DOES THE TIKI BOAT GO?
​The tiki boat has a cruising speed at around 5 mph.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICIES?
Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled 48 hours prior to reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral related cancellations which will not be refunded). For weather related issues, we may “wait out” a brief shower, reschedule for another day during your stay, or refund if unable to reschedule. “NO SHOWS” will not be refunded or rescheduled!

DO YOUR BOATS OPERATE IN THE RAIN?
We do operate in the rain as the tiki boats have a roof. However, the captain can decide at anytime to cancel due to conditions (typically high winds or thunder storms). If you are unable to reschedule and still want to go on one of our cruises, the captains may under certain conditions go out to cruise in calmer water which is protected by islands or mangroves.

SHOULD I TIP MY CAPTAIN?
​Our Captains do work for tips, so gratuity is greatly appreciated. We suggest a 20% gratuity for our captains… they are very experienced, knowledgeable, and work hard to ensure your safety and to provide an amazing tiki experience for our guests!

HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
90 Minutes to 120 Minutes depending on the tour chosen. Most tours can be extended during booking. For special events or custom tours, please call and we can discuss your options.

WHAT CAN THE TIKI BOAT BE USED FOR?
Besides relaxing with a cold drink we can pretty much book anything you can imagine. From bachelorette and bachelor party’s, corporate meetings, birthday party’s, weddings… you name it and we will try to make it work. Give us a call for special requests or large group (over 6 persons) reservations

CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC ON BOARD?
​Yes, we have island music playing, or connect your music to our bluetooth Kicker speaker system and play your choice of music.

​DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD AND DRINK?
No, guests are permitted to bring their favorite drinks, alcohol and food onboard. We provide a big yeti cooler and plenty of ice. Alcohol and food can be purchased at the marina.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO GO ON A TIKI CRUISE?

Guests must be 6 years old or older to cruise on the tiki boat.

WHAT ABOUT RESTROOMS?
Our tikis are not equipped with restrooms, so we encourage guests to use the restroom before leaving the dock. We can stop at a bar or sandbar if a pit stop is needed.
